What help do you need?

Using Counselling and psychotherapy, you can overcome the emotional difficulties or psychological problems that you have in your life, such as:

• depression
• stress at work
• anxiety
• lack of confidence
• difficulties in sustaining relationships
• bereavement and other losses
• difficulty in expressing feelings
• loneliness
• issues relating to abuse or unhappiness in childhood

The therapy will help you to address your problems and make the life changes needed to improve your health and well-being.

I provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment, whether online counselling or face to face.

I will support you as you explore the issues that may be at the root of your problems and as you develop your growth goals.

I will not tell you what to do or give advice, but I will help you make your own choices.

If you live near Deal on the south coast of Kent, you can telephone me on 07773 380133 between 9am to 9pm on weekdays to agree when we can start working together. I charge £45 for each 60 minute meeting.

If you live in Thanet, you can contact the Still Waters Counselling Centre on 01843 229944, located at 49 Gordon Road, Margate (within 300 yards of the Westwood Cross shopping centre). Their website is www.bystillwaters.co.uk.
